I have a 5-speed manual so I use this all the time. Problem is that the e-brake only holds if I back it in the drive way like nose towards downhill. If I park it uphill like how you regularly park in a driveway it just rolls back. Anybody knows the problem of fix?

E-brakes

You might want to try tightening the shoes via the rear brake self adjusters. No tools are even required for this part.

On a straight stretch of non-occupied road, put the vehicle in reverse and back up, subsequently applying the brakes aggressively. REdo this 2-3 times and if your brake hardware is not seized the self adjusters will have moved the shoes closer to the drums and will not slip when parked nose uphill.

If you haven't any success you might want to check (if you haven't had a brake job this year or last) if the rear brakes and hardware are in a suitable operating condition.
