Earthquake amps?

I just visited a shop that has 20 or so earthquake amps. he said it was used for one spl contest, and he wants to sell them. he said they retial 1300 or so. but he would sell me one for 600. itz rated for 5000 watts he said. but ive been searching and only found a 2000 watt amp from earthquake. Does anyone know anything about this amp he's talking about?

he might have a modded one, as a lot of competitors will either mod the amp themselves or have the factory do it.... for more power, or lower impedance stability etc... I dont know about earthquake, but I know zapco and mmats both do this.... whats the model # of the amp, and ask him if he modded it...
