electric fan problems

just the relay in the switch

add a relay to the wiring as close to the battery as possible, use the wire that goes to the fan to turn on the relay then run a wire from the relay to the fan. the relay should have four wires, hot from the battery,ground for the relay,power wire from the relay to the fan, and a wire that turns on the relay. I run these on my Bronco with no problems at all.
