I plan on buying an electric fan from the junk yard and installing it. Yes, i know, i'm a cheap dutch freak. So what.
Anyways, how do i wire it up? I would probably want a relay of some sort, right? Do they sell kits for this kind of thing seperate from the fans? I don't care if it's on high the whole time either. I was also thinking of possibly taking two smaller fans and putting them on there. Hopefully i'll have a little extra room for my intake as well with the shroud out of the way.

you dont HAVE to relay it.. i mean u could just hook it straight.. a fuse is probably more important than a relay.

ur probably well aware of the terms SPDT and such.. but just in case, heres a good read:

Interesting reading glacier. :) I have seen people post about that particular fan, but never saw a tech article on it.

Anyone around here running one? I know the off-road crowd frowns on electric fans. Tons of factory vehicles have them now though.

cool, i'll see if the auto parts stores around here have anything to run the fan like that. I'm also throwing around the idea of 4 geo metro fans. They're so small that I can fit 4 in there. I'd probably just leave it on low speed except for like 220* or so though, i'm thinking that would be a lot of air. Eh, we'll see how it all works out. I"ll post it up if i ever get around to it, i'm trying to start my turbostang at the moment. Which is part of the reason for me trying to get more mileage from my explorer, lol.
