Electrical issues(frustrated)

So, all of the sudden, with no provocation, the radio, fuel indicator, and windows will not go down in my explorer, 2005, Eddie Bauer edition. Any suggestions???? Checked the fuses. Not the one I checked.

This is a snapshot, of a page, out of your owners manual. It shows "Delayed accessory, Power windows, Audio" sharing Fuse/Relay location #6 in the Power Distribution box (under the hood). Perhaps that is your issue?
