I have a 2003 Eddie Bauer 4x4 with electrical issues....

First I had my car detailed and one of the interior lights was left on...drained the battery. I jumped it off and all was well...that was about 3 months ago

Well today i went to start and click click click! I jumped it off and all was fine. Well tonight when i was leaving work...click clilck click.....It wouldnt initially take the jump. About 10 minutes late i got a jump from another vehicle but the only problem is now.....now power works inside no windows,no radio,no interior lights, no power locks of any kind...

Any suggestions as to what it maybe?

go get your battery/charging system checked. at my shop we charge $19.95. i think alot of your power items are on the same circuit(fuse) but without seeing a wiring diagram cant say for sure. check your owners manual or start checking fuses.

after being home for a couple hours i figured the battery would have died again....To my dismay it started right up and still no interior power...no guages...no windows, doors, radio or anything...

I decided to disconnect the ground wire for about 2 minutes....i started it up and all interior electricals are now functioning properly

So could it have just been a glitch or should i still get it checked? If I were to get it checked will it just come up with no problems if everything is working as normal when they do check it?
