Hi,

This morning I had a wierd electrical problem. With engine running, power windows do not work, no interior lights, no door adjar sound or light, front and rear windshield wipers do not work. Other than that everything was fine and I had all extrior lights. It's not the fuse because I've checked them all and we are talking about multiple circuits here not controled by a single fuse.

Here is an interesting detail. When I was idling, checking fuses, I could here a relay clicking once in a while somewhere under the steering column I think. Every time it clicked, I would get everything working again. Then after a second, it would click again and everything was off again. I could not pin point the location of the relay, but I think it's under the steering wheel, neat right foot area.

Given my simptoms, what can it be? Is there a relay that controls power to the circuits I've mentioned? I need to fix this quickly. It sucks driving w/o wipers in the rain.

Thanks,
Sergey

Sounds similar to the alternator issue we've been discussing.. Any issues with starting or stalling?

No issues starting or stalling. Tested my battery and alternator last week at Advance Auto Parts. Everything checked out fine. I get 14v with engine running at idle.
Thanks,
