emergency brake adjustment

Hey there, just wondering how to adjust the emergency brake on my 03 Sport Trac? Right now I have to push it all the way to the floor and it will just hold it from rolling. Any help would be great.

I had mine looked at by a buddy of mine; he has his own shop. They adjusted the brake. Said if it didn't work, they cables are probably stretched. Mine are stretched so I'll have to get some new cables.
