Has to park on a hill today & put on my Emergency Brake for the 1st time in a long while.
1.The Brake LIght on the dash did not light up, wiggle test & it came on
2. It seems like the brake is dragging & not completely released, but I don not smell anything burning either.
3. Now when I put the truck in Reverse, the rear end 'Clunks'.
4. When regular brakes are applied, the brakes clunk too.

Waht is going on? Any ideas?

you can probably bet on it being the cables. If the brake is dragging, fix it! You could actually cause a lot of damage. If nothing else, cut the cables off at the backing plate. This is a not an uncommon problem in wet and/or rusty areas of the country. You need to use your emergency brake consistently to help prevent this.

get under there and find out which cable is binding, , probably one of the sections that goes into the rear wheels,
yeah , you have to use them all the time for them to stay free , i use mine all the time, just to ensure i don't have to replace them,
if they are dragging it can be an expensive fix if you leave it that way , rotors, pads, and maybe even the increase in fuel to darg the wheels around,,,, not to mention the stress on the driveline,,

I drove it today & they seem fine.

I think they may be binding, anyway to lube the cables without replacing them?
