Being as close to Dallas as I am the new emissions law went in effect this year. Does anyone have any pointers, other than new plugs and wires, that helps clean up the system so it will pass inspection?

i have heard that changing yout oil right before you go in helps absorb some of the nasties. if you are really concerned you could replace the o2 sensorb but with 4 cats you should be fine

As long as the truck is running right and you don't see abnormal black smoke from the tailpipe you should be fine. I always passed in Harris cty, even with the supercharger and only a single cat.

The trick is to let the truck be nice and warm when tested, this allows the trucks emissions system and sensors to work fully.

are you currently failing or just nervous ?

Just nervous, I've talked to some people that have laid out $500 and it still didn't pass. Thanks to everyone for the pointers.
