Tonight I finally have DLRs running on my 2015 Explorer Sport.
Full credit to the YouTube creator:
I have halogen headlights, so my options were:
1) Bright front markers (using the turn-signal filaments running always on)
2) Fog lights only
3) Fog lights with front parking lights
Your combination of options may vary based on HID vs Halogen headlights.
This uses Forscan and I used a USB-to-OBDII interface.
There are other body control module options available too in Forscan.
