engine codes, need some advice. been chasing this for over a year.

At first I want to eliminate this obvious deffect: to purchase and install the lacking Purge Valve.
P.S.
I found another photo of Purge Valve.
If anybody have ever seen this stuff under hood, please, if possible, make a picture of this purge valve with electric cutoff or please explain to me how I can find the cutoff in my X93! Where it is located?!
