When my EXP is cold she hesitates even deing sometimes. When it warms up it runs fun except a lack of power. Going to perform a tune-up hope that fixes the problem. Any ideas or known fixes for the hesitation?

Check for a vacuum leak.

checking for vacuum leaks?

I have had a similar problem, would someone mind telling me how/ where to check for vacuum leaks? Could this be caused by something else such as a faulty IAC?

vacuum leaks can be checked at the vacuum tree, on the drivers side rear of the intake plenum. just follow each hose around and make sure everything is connected good and not broken. do it with the motor running so you can listen for them. you should also check your fuel pressure, you may have a clogged fuel filter, which could do this. happened to mine

Yup, what Devilboy said.
If there is a spot on the tree without a hose, make sure it is blocked up.

Update

Turns out my IAC was the biggest problem. I also changed spark plug/wires. I just simply cleaned the IAC and it fires up cold and drives W/O dying. I'm still getting a slight rough idle at first start could be a vacuum leak.

I would definately clean the MAF... I had these problems with my 93... rough idle, no power ect. I even had clattering when at highway speeds if I gave it more gas..... I cleaned the MAF and the IAC and its like a completely different truck now....
