I just had a new 4.0 liter engine put into my car about a week ago. When I come to a complete stop and press the accelerator it hesitates at first and then goes fine. This was not a problem when I had my old engine in. Any ideas? I am still a beginner, but I put a kkm system in about a year ago and unplugged some of the vaccum tubes. Would this do anything? What exactly do they do? I have cleaned my MAS and replaced my air intake temperature sensor (shop guys recommended). The people that put the engine in said "Custom airfilter is missing the air temp sensor, PCM is reading (cold) 126 (too hot) & may be cause of snap throttle miss (Lean) or poss injector or coil." Now they don't what they are talking about when they said the air temp sensor was missing cause it's in the manifold. If anyone could help please!!!
