Engine noise towards front of motor HELP!

I need some help. It's been driving me nuts. My engine sounds like bearings are going out of something but can't seem to pinpoint it! I'm pretty educated about cars so I know it's nothing simple. It almost sounds like the crank case bearings. Has anyone else had this issue?? It's the 4.0 SOHC

does it sound like a rattle, a bit like like a diesel engine? do you hear it more on the driver's side front of the engine?

It sounds like a rattling in a way, but no nowhere close to sounding like a diesel. Almost sounds like something's loose inside
