Engine rebuild question

ok im new here, I just bought a 1992 Ford explorer 4x4, and am currently doing an engine swap, the orginal one needs rebuilding and i want to upgrade it a little too mainly for mild towing and off-road use so i want torque, but i can't find anything hardly on 4.0's so if anyone could point me in a direction to look for parts that would be great.
