Hello,
I searched around for threads relating to my problem and think I have the answer, but would like to confirm.
I had a small coolant leak recently. Pressure test was done and no leak from hoses/radiator. Mechanic said it's probably the intake manifold gasket needing replacement. I needed my car, so didn't leave it at the shop to get fixed yet.
I then noticed that my X doesn't idle well (rpm goes up and down, sounds like it's going to shut off). Just now, the engine was doing that in my driveway and it shut off. Could this be related to the intake manifold gasket? Please help!
