fuel tank additive
When I lived in North Dakota and the temperature was 30 degrees below zero F I had to add a treatment with every fill up to counter the effect of moisture in the fuel. I think it was called Heet but that was 30 years ago. With the incorporation of charcoal canisters in recent times the presence of condensation in the tank is greatly reduced unless your canister is no longer any good. There are also supposed to be additives in the fuel at the pump to eliminate moisture. However, in extremely cold climates water may still be a problem.
