engine swap

i've been thinking about buying a friends 92. the moter is shot. i have an old 88 f-150 with a 302 in it. 60k on it. replaced the moter, but body is gone. so it's a moter waiting for a body. can i install it or i should be asking will the 5 speed bolt up? and what all is going to be involved here. i know you guys will send me to the right places to answer all my questions.

I think the problem with the f-150 motors is the intake is taller than a mustang or explorer 302 so its not as easy to swap, and the 5spd in the explorer will not bolt up to a 302 you would need to make it an automatic for an easy swap or swap in an f-150 5spd or try to swap in a mustang 5spd but that has a shift linkage setup.
