I have a 1999 EB which I have a problem getting heat out of it at times. The temp gauge goes up about 1/3. This has happened several times in the past and a new stat fixes the problem. Now I get heat only at Max temp(has atc which is off) and at hiway speeds, slow down or turn the temp down a bit and you get no or little heat. Could it be another thermostat gone bad again?
