Equivolent Tire Size?

With a Twist and lift on my 01 Trac, What would be the metric equivolent of a 32 inch tire for my 16 inch stock wheels?

285/70 is a fraction smaller if you go the next size (285/75)you'll be alittle bigger then a 32, closer to a 33 in height but smaller in width... but im not 100% sure they will fit on the stock rim.. search the board or maybe someone will post an answer
