Exhaust Smell + Bad Mileage + Loss in power = ?

Hey guys! I have recently begun to experience a slight mileage drop (16.2 MPG to 15.5) and that rotten egg like exhaust smell. I have also noticed that it can be a little difficult to get up to speed (sometimes I have to press the pedal to the floor) and there are some jerks.

I think these have the potential to be related, so I want to deal with that exhaust smell first. My suspicion is that this is a bad O2 sensor and / or catalytic converter. I was able to snag some O2 sensor voltage data with a scanner, but I am having a little difficulty understanding what they should be at. Generally I have seen 0.1 to 0.8 on the first sensor in either bank. According to the data I pulled, mine are ranging from 0.02 to 0.8. Am I right in thinking this is not correct?

I attached two files that contain the sensor data. The first is from a cold start. The second begins after the engine was up to temp.

What makes you think it isn't a failed/plugged convertor? If your sensors were out of spec they would be throwing a light.

Well, that was my initial suspicion, but wouldn’t that indicate a failure elsewhere? From what I hear those things don’t just go.

How many miles on the Ex? Did you buy it new or used and if used, how many miles have you put on it?

138k bought it at 125k two years ago. I replaced the engine back in May due to timing chains and redid the plugs then as well. Other than that just standard maintenance.
