exhaust system

is there a place that has a exhaust system for the 2 door xplorer sport all i can find is the 4 door exhaust system

I'm not sure if they are still making them or not, but my Borla part # is 14748. I bought it abou 18 months ago, maybe a little more. I have heard people say that they couldn't find them now though so maybe their wasn't enough demand. I can't remember who I ordered it though now though. Mine has dual tips and was listed for the '97 ford Explorer 2 door high houtput and bolted right on to mine. It should work on your '99.

ok thanks hey that 3" body lift where did you get that from and how much $ was it i have been thinking about getting one but not sure who to call about it

It's a modified Performance accessories body lift kit # 853 purchased from Offroad Warehouse in California. Do a search for body lift and you will find many threads on the subject.

I recommend purchasing the muffler of your choice, then go to a local muffler shop and have a custom setup welded in. This way, you can get any muffler you want, Flowmaster, Dynomax, Borla, Gibson, etc. You may come out cheaper this way too. Mine was $250 total, but I have 2 Flowmaster mufflers, dual pipes and chrome tips. A single setup should be $200 or less.
