exhaust trouble

hey i just got a new flowmaster 40 series and it sounds beautiful for a little while, but once the engine is nice and warm the exhaust starts to send nasty vibrating bass notes into my car and it sucks. Can anybody explain why it would do this? Thanks

I think I have heard of this before but I may be wrong. First, is it welded together or is it clamped? Second, is the resonator still on. I have heard that will make the sound distorted.

When mine is cold, it does not seem loud from the inside, but once it warms up it seems to be louder. I assume you have the SOHC. I've never heard a 40 series on a SOHC, but my friend has one on his OHV and it resonates a lot. It gets rather annoying when riding in it.
