Explorer dies at a complete stop

I took the air intake apart and adjusted the last known ignition coils I worked on, also did a reset on my computer. The truck idles at around 700-800 consistently now. The shaking/vibration is minimal, although now I hear this constant "clicking" under the car. The only issue I have now is possibly the throttle body/MAF. Considering the fact that the intake was fine and no CEL showed up until I decided to take the intake apart, I can only assume I was a little too rough or possibly handled something wrong. Will visit a u- pull junk yard in my area Monday, if not then Friday. TB's go for $30 and MAF's go for $25, so it's worth a shot.

Would there be any harm in driving on a messed up throttle? Driving it seems okay. It's not acting crazy or anything, just not getting enough "power" if that makes sense.

Personally I would not trust it, mine was fine and dandy when all of a sudden the pedal was completely dead, if you are pushing the pedal and it's not matching with the engine speed, then it will probably be the throttle body motor on the side, I just rebuild mine by replacing the (throttle position sensor) and (throttle body motor assembly) I also shot some carb clean inside the air intake to clean off oily residue, bolted everything down connconnected everything in and she started right up. I got the replacement parts at O'Reillys it's all lifetime warranty.

In a matter of fact could you possibly make a short video and put it on youtube showing the issues, it will help 110% lol!
