Explorer freaking out

Hey folks,

After 63,000 trouble free miles on my wife's 00 Explorer 2wd XLT, all of a sudden it's starting to act unusual. Tranny is starting "act" funny after its warm and engine seems not to want to "idle back down". I had the tranny flushed only about 1500 miles ago and I checked the fluid and it looks good. I took battery cable off to reset computer and that didn't solve the idling problem. Any suggestions before I take it in?

try doing a search for cleaning the IAC "remember most tranny problems are not tranny problems at all but actually an engine problem"
