My Explorer was supposed to arrive at the dealership on 9/21 and it keeps getting pushed back. The latest is 10/12 but I'm not holding my breath. It got to Jacksonville, FL on 9/30 and has just been sitting there, we are in Naples so not much further to go. Dealership has zero actual info just that it will get here when it gets here. I can track my son's $10 toy with Amazon better than this.

For some reason vehicle shipping from the plants has always been terrible. Dealerships are pretry much wortgless more times than not. 4 weeks isn't too terrible yet sadly. When we ordered our 2013 Explorer it was in transit for 6 weeks to go from Chicago to Charleston Sc. I live in one of the cities that makes the F150 and tricks will be in transit for a week to move 15 minutes down the road.

Well shoot. At least it's not uncommon. I worry about the condition it will be in after being on the road for so long and potentially just sitting in a lot for a week. You would think Ford would have a better system. Very frustrating.

Like steweod mentioned, it could be a lack of drivers or perhaps the carrier is waiting for additional deliveries to your area.

Thanks!
I feel like I should wait for the 2022 at this point! It's the pushed back dates that are so frustrating. Was supposed to be here on 9/27 originally. They are saying tomorrow, so fingers crossed!

My 2022 F250 was in transit for 6 weeks ... most of that time spent just an hour's drive from here. Mine was damaged on the train and the rail yard in Petersburg, VA had a dealer near them perform the repairs versus waiting until it reached my dealer.

Well it's still not here, almost a month late. All I keep getting from Ford is one pushed back date after another. I am beyond frustrated, it is just sitting at the port in Jacksonville. Glad they were able to get yours repaired.
