Yes. A lift for a 93-97 Ranger will fit your Ex., as long as it's for a 4x4. A lift for a 91-92 Ranger may work, if the Ranger has a D-35 front axle.

cool tahts what i thought...now i gotta find one...thanks fer the info...

any one else got any say in this?:p

Yes bill is right, you should have no problems as long as it's the 35.

It can be a 28 also. The I beam lifts will be the same 83-97 rangers and 91-94 Explorers. My current lift was on an 83 Ranger for a year before we put it on mine. As long as it is 4x4. The 2x4 brackets are totally different.

will this include the rear springs & shocks also ?

Will Ranger extended radius arms work on an 92 Explorer also? Thanks.

Shocks will work if you keep the factory mounting point and lift height as was on the ranger. Rangers are spring over and Explorers are spring under, so a 2 inch lift with add-leafs will swap in the rear. But if it is a four you will have to use shackles and the add-leaf. If Springs are used, the ranger springs are a little bit taller, due to the fact that rear ranger leafs are mounted on the outside of the frame rails. If it is a 4-6 inch lift I would convert to Spring over on your explorer. Also an explorer is a little bit heavier in the rear, so you won't get the same height, a half an inch or so on the rear.

Yes Extended radius arms are the same for rangers and explorers, 28s and 35s. Dual shocks are only effected slightly by the fact that some early rangers have sway bars mounted behind the front axle.

I ran a 4in skyjacker lift w/o extended brake lines.... I bet a 3in lift, you'll be fine w/o changing the lines
