explorer sport control trac........lowered?

Hey guy's whats up? I just have a lil Question..How bad do you think it would be if I lowered my Control Trac 4WD....I'm talking as far as my fromt Drive Shafts are going to hold and stuff like that, and if i would be straining too many front suspension components, and also how far would the torsion bars lower it?

It's control Trac...its a '97 and it is their 4 wheel drive- with Traction Control.
