I'd be wary of the ones you get on eBay. There's a local locomotive rebuilder who, on numerous occasions, has had horns stolen from the locomotives in his yard. The same runs true for most railroads. I'm not talking about knockoff 3 and 5 chimes, but am talking about the real deal Nathan and Leslie horns.
