Explorer surges when A/C is engaged...

When my Explorer is stopped or in neutral and my A/C compressor comes on my Explorer surges. When moving everything is fine.
I replaced my IAC back several months ago but their wasn't an issue with the A/C at that time. Thanks for the help!!

This sounds normal. When running AC, the idle rpm is supposed to increase to prevent it from dying and also to allow alternator enough speed to continue charging. When AC electric clutch engages, it will try to stall the motor without this increase in idle.
