First of all i am from Denmark, therefore my bad english

Welcome to the forum! I'm assuming that you are only using the 4x4 in the snow, mud, or off road right? It will make all kinds on thumps and "jumping" feelings on dry pavement. Just checking. Please explain what you are doing when you are trying to use the 4x4.

It´s not the tires or somthing witch make the "jumping" (don´t know the right english word for it) it is jumping somewhere in the transmission. It´s only when the frontwheels is activated. Mabye it could be something in the gearbox. When the noice and the "jumping " come, the frontwheel does not turn.

sound like a bad tranny mount..

anders713 -- as Rottie stated, the vehicle should not be engaged into 4HI or 4LO on dry pavement.

If you're doing this on dirt and the front wheels are not moving, then have someone else check to see if the front driveshaft is spinning while in 4HI. That will tell you if the problem is in the Transfer Case or in the front axle/differential.
