Exploring a junkyard restration, on my explorer

so here it is: vehicle I swore I'd never buy or own, for some reason this one caught my eye on Craigslist. I thought well now 2 wheel drive two door, 4 liter v6 a manual transmission 94 xlt.
$800 later I'm driving to the smog shop. so there were some flaws like the door sagging down to the ground missing the drivers door panel and window, both of the window regulator not working. and a driver side seat that blew out the rear frame and all the phone so I was sitting on basically the frame. other than that very clean rig. the girl I bought this from I just recently replaced tires, clutch pressure plate of hydraulics water pump thermostat freeze plugs, and now they were done with it because it needed more.. so her dad bought her a new Jeep and she sold this for cheap..

my goal on this particular project is to see if I can do a complete restoration with junkyard only parts all upgrades I will make my best effort to buy second hand, although on some things I might have to buy new I'm going to try to keep the total amount spent under $250. For new parts and for a total spent would be, under $2500.

I did forget to mention its a gen 1 1994 standard sport equipment I will be posting pictures as soon as I get any chance to go take some.

So here is the surprise, turns out none of the cooling system work had been done and she filled it full of stop leak then lied her ass off to sell a single father disabled from an auto wreck, end result was me and my 3 year old daughter stuck on the side of hwy 101 between towns after dark with no cell signal, after two freeze plugs started leaking, and blew the war pump. Lucky to here the noise before the engine got hot... Had to pay a shop todo the work of replacing all expansion freeze plugs and finding out a slight head gasket leak. Flushed the radiator and heater core. Been having to keep eyes on coolant level, about a quart the first week and slowing down each week.... Narrowed time I'm afraid.. Well now I'm in an extra $900. In repairs that was told to be done when the tech handed me all stock original plugs and no new, I gots screwed.... So now only $750 left in budget. Well already spent $100 on new Edie bower leather seats, installed with five bolts each and stock harness plugged right in from the 95 Edie Bower four door with JBL sound system, so the stock sub incloser for an extra $20 with the seats.. And then when showing it to the gal at my local auto parts store, she stated she remembered this little sport because the girls dad drove it out from Florida and then she overheated it and kept buying stop leak to keep driving.... Now what to do... I've got to much time and well let's face it,I kinda like the poor thing.... I say when the motor lets go... We go v8...
I'm not sure what to do about the b$&?h that sold on false info. Even after I ask very specifics and got lies.... Damn it... She got me... And going... Lol...

Next up now that the seats are in is tackle all door window issues and go through all the window regs and update with new motors and adjust window track correctly, speakers at same time for front. Got a smokin deal on 5x8 Memphis coaxial speakers... New deck for birthday..
