Thanks 94Eddie I always thought the defrost would remove the fog outside. I appreciate it very much, and I may have also found the bluriness problem with my Windshield fluid.
My Dealership provided me a free case of Motorcraft Premium Windshield Washer Concentrate that I use on my explorer when topping off the fluid. I follow the dilution chart by pouring 16oz concentrate, and filling the rest with water.
When I did a flush of the Motorcraft fluid, and replaced with regular water. The bluriness seems to be diminishing. (still there)
