F-150 4.9 I6 swap

I know people have done 5.0 swaps on Explorers, but what about the 4.9L inline 6 engines that Ford put in its F-150s? Would that even fit? Any info would be helpful.

nope, the engine is too long. looks up Arsouls truck, he wanted to do the same thing, but swapped in an F-250 frame with the I6 to make it work.

Dont laugh too loud there hehehe
You can cut the dog house out and build a new one to make the I6 fit then push the tranny t-case as far back as you need but... when it's all done yer gonna be around $2000 more than a V8 5.0 swap.
