Factory/ Aftermarket Alarms

I have a 97 Eddie Bauer with a factory alarm/keyless entry bar. I like having the keyless entry bar and wanted to know if there are any aftermarket alarms or alarm/car starter combo units that would allow hte keyless entry to function with the new aftermarket alarm system.

I had an alarm and car starter on my old 94 EB Explorer and it was fun, starting the car from 300 feet away with people next to it a few years ago...they had no idea what was going on...

But now that I am 22 and loads more mature... ...I wanted to know about any type of alarm you guys have or compatability!

I do have something like that installed on my 94 Sport.... don't remember the name of the company that made it but it works almost exactly like the factory unit.... with remote to lock/unlock doors... no remote starter though... Executive or something??? I could be wrong though...

Keyless pad

Let me clarify, I meant the keyless entry pad on the drivers side door, that you punch in the code to unlock the doors. I want that to function with an aftermarket alarm.

aha!... I don't think so..... cause if you have that pad you must have factory alarm system installed as well.... they don't go seperatly... unless you buy pad alone and install it on your truck and start wiring this baby....
