So the other morning I turn on my heater and realize it is not blowing anyother speed but the first "dot". I can feel heat/AC coming out of the vents as it usually does in the first speed selection. But the 2nd,3rd and 4th speed does not work.

What are the common culprits for this?

Thanks,
Evan

I would guess its the blower motor relay.

if you have the EATC controls, it could be your fan control module. if you have manual controls it could be the fan-speed resistor.

It's a 1997 5.0 Koda.
Where is the blower motor relay?

Yes, I read that. Do you have manual or automatic HVAC controls?

What he means is do you have knobs you turn, or a screen with buttons?

You either have,

The manual turn dial type...

As the motor works on one speed, the problem is either the switch or (more likely in my opinion) the ballast resistor. Follow the wires from the switch. The wires should lead you to the resistor, which is usually plugged into the heater plenum because it quite gets hot.
