Fan trouble

I have a 2000 Ford Explorer 5.0 V8 I need to replace the plastic fan that is upon it I seen a picture tutorial that Joe Dirt did on here replace his with a metal or aluminum fan wondering if anyone knew what I needed to buy inorder to replace the plastic one with with a metal or aluminum fan

Welcome to this forum! The aftermarket replacement fan should fit on the fan clutch since it has holes all around to fit many brands. It's supposed to be a universal fit.
