JL AUdio

If you are in the buissness for 2 twelves look at JL AUdio. Not every car audio store has them because the store has to be certified to sell them, but go with Jl AUdio 12's. They are the best subs on the market right now. I have a jl audion 10 with a stealth box and my cousin has 2 twelves in his explorer. It hits sooooo hard it gives me a headache. But im not sure how much they are. If you want 15's I would go wtih Eclipse 15 inch subs. hey have many different lines:

JLs all the way

JL audio makes bad a#$ subs. I wouldn't even think about getting anything else. Their w0 series is for beginners, w3 series for SPL, and their w6 series is for SQ.

JL spends the most money on research and gives you by far the best quality. While other subs may cost half as much, JLs will last twice as long. I'd rather go through one sub and spend a little more up-front. Not to mention how tight they are......

Eclipse makes some good Aluminum and Titanium subs, but they cost an arm and a leg. Besides, do you really want to have metal on your speakers that is stronger than the metal frame of your Explorer?

I'm talking about the titanium now.

lamah, i got those numbers from rockford fosgate when they came to town doing a db drag racing competition. alot of people were surprised too, but i wasnt using a coventional box. i was using a cerwin vega rear slot port box made for home stereos(about 2.7 cubic feet). my trophy says 138.6 db but my best run was 138.8(semi-finals) believe it or not, cause i was happy with how well it did

JL audio ?

hmmm if you have the money to go the right way , i will always recommend MMatts Juggernauts, they are simply the best SPL's plus they are the worldrecord holders for SPL subs....

but it will come at an hefty price i believe the 12" Juggernaut runs about an price of 800 bucks a piece....and with that you get an 1200 watts RMS wub...
