I have a popping noise when making. Very sharp turns. Have 99 explorer sport SOHc v6. Anyway some issues with my transfer case and motor. Replaced the shift motor and fluid in case. My hi and Lo lights blinked one day while in reverse.feels like its in 4 wd. Switch on dash does natta. So I pulled the motor and it wasn't responding to switch. Replaced motor w new. Now when u switch from auto to 4lo heard it engage. Went back to 4 hi heard it lock again . But switching to auto not a sound. I believe its still in 4 hi., but the gravel test, flooring it the front wheels did not spin. So I unplugged motor the last step is to drop front drive shaft. Man what a mess anyone with any suggestions???????????????
