Filling the gas is painfully slow, HELP!!

Lately im having trouble filling my gas tank. I have to barely press the fuel nozzle to get it to not stop. It takes forever to fill it up. After searching around it might be the vapor canister purge valve. Does anyone know where this is located on my vehicle (2002 mountainer)?? Thanks
