Hello everyone, I've been a long time ford truck owner myself. From a 7.3 to a 6.0 to a 6.4 and now a 6.7 but my wife has always liked that other make of vehicles. Finally after 18 years of marriage I got her to get a ford. I like to think it was my sweet talk and charm that convinced her but I think the two junk Traverses that she went through in the last couple of years probably helped out a lot. I'm by no means a mechanic but I am a contractor and fairly good with my hands so I always find forums for whatever vehicles we have so that I can learn how to do a lot of my own repairs. Yes it saves quite a bit of money but most of it I actually enjoy doing also. We purchased a 2015 explorer limited and since I've never had a ford vehicle other than super duty trucks I have a lot of reading up to do to see if I can find out what the biggest issues are with our new set of wheels and what to look out for. Hopefully I'm only looking on here for info on adding things on and little minor repairs but if a big one comes along then from what I've read already on here I'm in the right place to get help with whatever it may be.
