Just curious, where do you guys with lights on your roof run the wires into the truck? Has anybody tried to mount lights on the factory roof rack crossbar?

Thats where my work gets a little ghetto. i ran my wires through the rear door. not very professional but it gets the job done. the correct way is to drill a whole but i couldnt get myself to cause i didnt want to screw up. i never thought to mount lights on the stock roof cross bar. it seemed like too much work. if anyone needs i have the factory crossbars just laying around. id be willing to give them up for like $10. thats if you screw yours up and need new ones. anyways thats what i did.

I bought my brush guard 1 1/2 years ago from autoanything.com. It is a WAAG that mounts to the frame, the headlight brush guards are removable. It was 500 dollars and the shipping was free. I found the lights for it at Auto Zone for 20 dollars.

I got my push bumper thats exactly like yours off ebay new for $100 shipped...if your pateint, just check there every couple of weeks and you can save some money. Here is what my lights looked like when I had them on the roof. I just drilled into the factory rack. I ran the wires through the rear hatch and powered them with relays at the distribution block for my amps.
