If your looking for the pad that the leaf spring sits one (and the shock bolts to) you problably need to check the yards..
www.car-parts.com will help you find yards in your area that have explorers (and you can search for springs to find someone that still has the rear suspension)
I've got a '91 Nav. and had custom leaf springs made 1 inch over stock to make it sit better than the stock ones which tend to sag the rear end. Go to http://www.espo.com/ It doesn't list leaf springs on the site, but I just called and they said they still sell them 1 to 2" over stock is only $270 delivered to your door, even though the web-site doesn't say it.
