First explorer and love it, but...

Hey guys heard a lot about this forum and just joined. I got my first explorer in December and I don't want anything else but an explorer from now on. But its starting to worry me, every time I shift into reverse it clunks and every now and then it will make a high pitched whining/shrieking noise and won't move but my speedo goes up like its spinning it a little bit, and sometimes shifts a little rough, and takes forever to downshift to accelerate. It only has 111k on it and yes I took it offroading quite a bit in some pretty deep spots, but other than the occasional having fun, I don't beat on it, would like some ideas as to what I can do for it because I love my ex, but I can't afford a new tranny right now. Oh its the sohc v6 auto 4wd I put 31 10.50s on it for tires, and another thing is my speedo is off by about 5-10 mph, has been since I got it. Any ideas about any of this? Any help would be amazing and sorry if this has been discussed already I've looked everywhere and can't find it all in one forum

No it was like that when I got it before the 31s

Yes they are all the same size also I forgot to say the park gear doesn't always work either if it rolls back it will lock but when it rolls forward it just keeps rolling and clicks

Sounds to me like your park pawl is worn out on one side. The only way I can think this happened is the owner before you was still moving and put it in park more than once, and rounded one side
