You should be able to find the fan blade all over the place. Check local stores that sell to shops (they are a little more than Autozone/Checker etc). You can also get it from Tori and Ford Parts Network (a sponsor here).

If your going to change the fan, change the fan clutch at the same time while your in there.

Or just install a flex-a-lite 150 electric fan, you may end up money ahead, not to mention some extra ponys and MPG

The electric fan may or maynot work. Some people have tried and had overheating problems. Others got it to work ok. I think even Rick tried it and had overheating problems and he used the black magic one.

The fan from a Lincoln Mark VIII is supposed to move about 5000 cfm and may be enough (the black magic only does 2800 cfm).

Agree, for an off road application the above may be true.
Mine works well on a street and Highway only application

i went looking for a fan; all i was able to get were the 'one fan fits all applications' a.k.a. flex fans deal. Im kinda sceptical to using these since they dont support a fan clutch... supposedly you need this spacer deal which sticks out an extra 2 inches... im not sure there is enough room in there for that thing. it looks like it might work though, anyone tried it?

Flex Fan will not move enough air to cool your engine, especially during stop and go traffic. Tried it once, never again! Nothing will cool your engine more than your factory Clutch Fan.
