First time installing system, need lots of help?

First off in my 93 I have a JBL factor system with a JVC head unit. I just got a 2 MTX 400w 10" subs with a box.
So I took apart the side pannels, breaking everything but its really hard not to. But, when I got the pannel all of I say my blown sub and 2 amps: I think one is going to my 4 door speakers and 1 to my sub.
Can I use the stock amp which pushes 20w x 4 to push my two 10". Since I am kinda pressed for cash. Will it work???

no.

there is no low pass crossover on the stock amp. also it has a terrible signal/noise ratio which means lots of distortion when the volume is turned up. and the average aftermarket headunit puts out more power (and does it with a much cleaner sound). and most importantly, it's not nearly enough power.
