I'd have to check my manual but starting from nothing, empty pan and dry converter, you're in the neighborhood of 12 or so quarts. Doing this sort of work yourself it would be very handy to have a Haynes manual around - nevermind that they don't print one specifically for Sport Tracs, but the info contained in the Gen2 Explorer (1995-2001) book will have correct capacities listed and enough info to get you through the job.
