flashing code 302 and 316...im stumped...

Ive got an 03 explorer with the v8 (4.6l eddie bauer)...while driving other day the check engine light came on blinking....codes were 302 (misfire cyl 2) and 316 (mifire on first 1000 rev)...
I changed plugs and coils thinking that would solve it but no luck there...
I also cleaned mass air flow sensor (and tested also), idle air control, EGR valve, replaced cam sensor...
any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you changed your ht leads? one may be defective.

its coil over plug and they have been changed ...I even swapped the #2 with #1 to see if it was new unit and it wasnt
