flexy coil help

hey guys, i finally moved to the erie, pa and my new house which is on 10 acres of land, i was out driving around my land and at the back is almost a rock crawl trail! so i dissconnected the sway bars and gave it a shot, only to scare the **** out of me and almost rolling, sooo im looking for some flexy coils, i heard jeep coils work, but i want to know from you guys which coils would be the best(most flexiest) for my explorer?

Hate to say this, but the flexiest "bolt in" coil I know of is the Skyjacker since they are the softest. You could probably get custom ones made to be extremely flexy, but remember, the flexier (softer) they are on the trail, the worse the handling on the street will be. So wecan find the perfect setup for you, I think we all need pics of your rock crawl trail. If it's really badass, a straight axle might be in your future. BTW, does your Skyjacker lift have extended radius arms? If it doesn't, and you want to keep the TTB, get a set of those. Your ride quality and your flex will be much better. Do you have extended brake lines? They could limit your flex(or break when your suspension outflexes them). Do you have the correct length shocks for your setup? That is another limiting factor. ill get pics as soon as the weather cleans up and then another 24hr for them to be developed, i have the skyjacker stage 2 kit and extended brake lines, and the skyjacker shocks that came wit the skyjacker kit

Well it sounds like your TTB is about at it's limit without some pretty heavy modifications. Are you planning on sticking with the TTB, or going SAS? If you stay with the TTB, you could cut the coil buckets off, move them up some, and run 8" Skyjacker coils. The bigger the coil = the less it will limit flex. You could cut and turn the beams on the TTB like 410fortune did. It all depends on if you want to keep this front axle though.

i love the ttb! ok thanks, just had to give it other try, and almost made it but them SNAP! looked under the x and there was the rear driveshaft snaped off right off, if the rock would of been dry i think i could of made it, i chose a different line this time

Lets see some pics of the explorer on the rocks. That is awesome having a place to wheel in your back yard.
